Vendor Permit Requirements
- Tax ID certificate
- Completed City application
- Two (2) passport photos
- Background check by City of Seminole Police Department with completed application
- Written permission from landowner to park on property
- Valid Photo ID
Food Trucks Also Need the Following:
- Contract/receipt of proof of disposal of waste/wastewater
- Completed permit from South Plains Public Health District
