Vendor Permit Requirements

• Tax ID certificate
• Completed City application
• Two (2) passport photos
• Background check by City of Seminole Police Department with completed application
• Written permission from landowner to park on property
• Valid Photo ID

Food Trucks Also Need the Following:

• Contract/receipt of proof of disposal of waste/wastewater
• Completed permit from South Plains Public Health District
