Important Information

Appearance Date

You promised to appear at your court date when you signed the ticket issued to you by the officer. Your court date appears at the bottom of your citation. You must make an appearance on or before the date on your citation. If you do not plead on all charges shown on the ticket by the appearance date or the Show Cause hearing, you may expect an arrest warrant to be issued.

Juveniles

If you are under 17 years of ages State law requires that you appear, with a parent or legal guardian, before a judge prior to paying your fine. The judge is only available on Wednesdays.

Payment Methods

Bring your payment, with identification, in person to Seminole Municipal Court, 302 S. Main St. The person who received the citation must be present with identification. A citation may NOT be paid for another person unless the case has a guilty disposition and/or have a payment plan. Seminole Municipal Court accepts:
