Deferred Disposition

To be eligible for a deferred disposition:

• Plead no contest or guilty and waive your right to a trial.
• Request “Deferred Disposition” before your appearance date.
• Comply with requirements imposed during deferral period.
• Pay all fines and fees required by the court.
• No other offense for which a deferral has been granted in the 12 months preceding the date of the current offense.

Deferrals are granted at the discretion of the judge.
